‘Another scoreless run’ ARI Gallon runs ’28 consecutive scoreless innings’ with 12K

The potential of right-handed pitcher Jack Gallen (28, Arizona Diamondbacks) is exploding.

Gallen started on the 27th (Korean time) in a home game against the Kansas City Royals held at Chase Field, Arizona, USA, and won his 4th win (1 loss) of the season with 4 hits and 12 strikeouts in 6 1/3 innings. From the 6th inning against the San Diego Padres on the 5th, he continued his terrifying performance with 28 consecutive scoreless innings. He lowered his average ERA from 2.59 before the game to 2.15, putting him on the verge of entering the 1-point range.

Last year, Gallen also surprised the public with 44 1/3 scoreless innings. It was an Arizona club record and the longest scoreless streak in the big leagues since 2015. Galen, who had a personal best year by winning his first double-digit win (12 wins) in his debut, has been in more solid form this season. 토스카지노

He was also fearsome against Kansas City. At the beginning of the first inning, he escaped the risk of conceding runs by striking out consecutive batters on first and third bases. In the top of the fourth, he struck out three batters in a row, Edward Olivares, Michael Massey, and Kyle Isbell. He struck out three batters in a row in the top of the 5th inning. In the beginning of the 6th inning, it was a three-way offense including two strikeouts. At the beginning of the 7th inning, he was replaced with Scott McCuff at 1 out 1 base, and McCuff finished the inning without allowing a run, so the score was maintained. Arizona’s 2-0 victory.

Gallen was selected by the St. Louis Cardinals in the third round of the 2016 draft. He joined Arizona in a trade in July 2019 after going through the Miami Marlins, and has been steadily taking chances as a starter. Gallen’s career (five years) in the big leagues is 26-23 with a 3.02 ERA.
