According to a report by The Athletic reporter Shams Karania on the 9th (Korean time), the Los Angeles Lakers, Utah Jazz, and Minnesota Timberwolves made a triangle trade.
The Lakers have significantly upgraded their power with this trade. They recruited D’Angelo Russell, Malik Beasley and Jared Vanderbilt.
Russell Westbrook goes to Utah.
Russell made a comeback to his former team as an offensive guard. Beasley is the type of sharp shooter the Lakers need most, and Vanderbilt boasts excellent defense and fighting spirit.
This move by the Lakers’ power department is highly praised in that it has been able to upgrade such a variety of powers in exchange for Westbrook.
